- Papers should be written either in English or Spanish, but at least the abstract must be written in English.
- Papers must be unpublished and not submitted simultaneously elsewhere. Full papers must be formatted according to the IEEE double-column conference template, and submitted exclusively using the conference link.
- Each paper must have a maximum extension of 6 pages including all illustrations, figures and references.
- In order to be published in the conference proceedings (IEEE Xplore database, including ISBN), accepted papers must be presented in oral sessions duringĀ theĀ conference.

Paper Submission
